Actually, the other day while posting to my DeHaan Blog of Writing, I noticed that Weebly had changed some modules. They used to provide "Paragraph with Title", "Paragraph with Picture" (that also had a title), and "Picture with Title". I was surprised that they no longer included "titles", and finally noticed that there is a separate "Title" module.
In my opinion, this is smart and flexible. Shame on me for not noticing before.
Why should anyone care? The world of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) believes that the words in titles (in HTML terms, a "heading") are more important as search keys than words in the text.
